Money in the bank (via bank transfer).
At Indeed, you’ll be paid monthly on the last working day of the month. As part of your on-boarding, you will be required to provide your local bank details to facilitate the payment via bank transfer.
Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)
Indeed’s equity-based incentive program.
RSUs are equity-based incentives issued by an employer in the form of company stock shares. At Indeed, our RSUs are stock shares in our parent company, Recruit Holdings, which is traded on the Tokyo Stock Exchange in Japan (6098.T).
Our RSU long-term incentive program has three goals in mind:
- To encourage employees to think like owners
- To align incentives with company performance
- To reward employees for the company’s financial success

Indeed partners with Eden Red to provide you with meal vouchers so that you are always covered for your lunch time! They are redeemable against a list of participating restaurants.
Your meal vouchers will be visible from the next available payroll.

Eco Vouchers are made available to everyone upon starting Indeed through Eden Red Belgium.
Eco vouchers are topped up annually in May, it is automatically assigned to your card. The annual voucher is €250.

Indeed offers an AXA pension scheme whereby Indeed contributes a supplemental 6.5%. Indeedian’s have the option to contribute as well.
Peace of mind for the people in your life.
Life Insurance is covered under the pension plan with AXA. Two times employee salary is payable to their beneficiary in the unfortunate case of death in service.
Short and Long Term Disability
Financial support when the need arises.
Indeedians in need of short term disability (Day 35 - 365) can qualify for 60% of earnings covered for the first year.
Indeedians in need of Long Term Disability are covered through AXA insurance for employees. 75% of employee’s base salary is covered, effective, 2nd month of employees’ disability.
