Inclusion Business Resource Groups

Advocates and allies united.

Together, Indeed’s spirited and open culture permeates across all offices and departments, globally, lending a voice and support to broader discussions on challenges and solutions.

This includes fostering partnerships through Inclusion Business Resource Groups (IBRGs), community organizations, and training/educational resources. Our employee-led IBRGs are comprised of thoughtful advocates and genuine connectors who are valuable business resources for their areas of focus.

Affinity Groups

A community based on things you love.

Affinity groups are a wonderful way to meet new people, focus on shared spiritual practices and hobbies, and simply have fun with your fellow Indeedians. Two-steppers, runners, Jews, chess, offshore fishing, Muslims are just a few of the employee-led Affinity groups here at Indeed.

Good Deeds

No good deed goes unrecognized.

Good Deeds, Indeed’s volunteer and company match platform, gives us a chance to make a difference in our communities and the world. Indeed matches up to $500 (USD equivalent) of charitable donations per employee.

Tuition Reimbursement

A little extra to help you learn.

Indeed provides tuition reimbursement for professional certifications and courses toward university degree programs at accredited universities and institutions after 12 months of employment. This includes professional certification such as a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Degree, and Master’s Degree / Micro MBA. You'll receive up to a set amount of money per year towards education costs after you’ve completed your first year of employment.

Professional Development

Advance your career... and your mind.

Our Employee Development Team offers professional and personal development opportunities for all. We provide access to on-demand courses, with a wide range of technical and soft skills training.

You can also learn with and from fellow Indeedians through peer-led training, group training, and mentoring opportunities. We also offer a professional development allocation for Indeedians to explore external conferences, certifications, and memberships not available internally.

Manager Training

Be the best leader you can be.

Our goal is for every Indeedian to have a manager focused on helping them succeed. We have a dedicated program available to all people managers at Indeed to ensure they are equipped with the essential tools needed to manage for inclusion, manage as a coach, impact and innovate, and lead effectively.
