Payroll

Money in the bank (via bank transfer).

At Indeed, you’ll be paid monthly on the last working day of the month. As part of your on-boarding, you will be required to provide your local bank details to facilitate the payment via bank transfer.

Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)

Indeed’s equity-based incentive program.

In 2021, Indeed began offering Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) as a way to reward employees who contribute to the long-term success of Indeed.

RSUs are equity-based incentives issued by an employer in the form of company stock shares. At Indeed, our RSUs are stock shares in our parent company, Recruit Holdings, which is traded on the Tokyo Stock Exchange in Japan (6098.T).

Our RSU long-term incentive program has three goals in mind:

  • To encourage employees to think like owners
  • To align incentives with company performance
  • To reward employees for the company’s financial success

Pension Plan

Prepare yourself for retirement.

Indeed’s pension plan is a cost sharing plan with 40% of contributions paid by the employee and the other 60% from Indeed.

The contributions are based on what age bracket you fall into. The maximum pensionable salary cap has been removed.

Peace of mind for the people in your life.

All Indeed employees are eligible for basic Life Insurance benefits.

This benefit is equal to 2 times your annual salary and is payable to the beneficiary of your choice.

Short and Long Term Disability

Financial support when the need arises.

Indeedians have access to Daily Sickness Allowance. If an employee is in need of medical leave due to disability, they can qualify for a benefit that is 80% of their salary, from the 31st day of illness or injury, up to for 730 days (minus waiting period).

Employees are also entitled to Supplementary Accident Insurance which covers a number of things including treatment costs (ie hospitalization) and work and non work accidents.
