Medical, Dental and Vision

Head, shoulders, knees and toes (and mouth and eyes).

Medical and dental coverage are available for Indeed employees and their families, including spouses, children, and domestic partners.

Indeed employees can also avail one free eye test voucher per year for Visual Display Unit (VDU use) through Specsavers.

Medical Plan - Irish Life Health

You're covered!

Our health plans are called 4D Future and 4D Health 4, provided by Irish Life Health. Indeed fully funds all premiums for employees partners/spouses and children on the 4D Future and an optional employee funded top up for the 4D Health 4 plan.

Employees only pay Benefit in Kind tax on 4D Future benefit. You will be able to join at your own discretion through our Indeed Benefits portal when you join.

Vision and Dental

Vision

Coverage you can see

Indeed employees can avail of one free eye test voucher per year for through Specsavers. This voucher entitles the holder to a full eye examination and a €59 pair of glasses or contribution towards glasses if required specifically and solely for VDU use.

Dental

Coverage you can taste

A dental plan provided by DeCare is available for all Indeedians from Day 1. This plan is called “DeCare Level 2” Indeed will fund the coverage for employees and their spouse/partner and children. Employees are then subject to BIK tax. Dental coverage is optional, employees can sign up through the AON Benefits portal on their first day at Indeed.

Open Paid Time Off

Your time off is an open book — what stories will you tell?

Indeed offers you open Paid Time Off (PTO) as part of your benefits and perks package. That’s right! We trust you to manage your time off, and as long as it doesn’t negatively impact your productivity, your team, or the business, there is no cap on how much time you can take off. You’ll just need your manager’s approval in advance for any time-off requests.

Paid Leave

Parental, Caregiver, and Bereavement

Parental - We want to support you in the early stages of bonding with your child. Indeed’s Continuous Caregiver Leave Benefit is 26 weeks of fully-paid continuous leave within the first year following the birth, adoption, or foster care placement of your child with a return transition period. Non-continuous Caregiver Leave Benefit is 6 weeks of fully-paid leave within the first year following the birth, adoption, or foster care placement of your child. Talk to your manager if you anticipate any parental leave care needs after you start at Indeed.

Caregiver (non-parental) - Indeed provides up to 15 paid working days to support those who need to care for a family member.

Bereavement - Indeed provides up to 15 days off for bereavement leave.

We support the caregiving journey and female-identifying health.

Family Forming - We are proud to have an allied partner for all paths to forming a family, including egg/sperm freezing, IUI, IVF, Adoption, Surrogacy, Maternity, Return-to-Work, and early pediatrics. We offer a taxable reimbursement benefit to offset the sometimes high costs of starting a family.

Caregiving - We’re constantly striving to support you and your family with programs like Parenting & Pediatrics, caregiver provider matching, and backup care for days when your regular care isn’t available.

Female-Identifying Health - As we build toward a 50% female-identifying workforce, we offer benefits like preconception and menopause support, flexible schedules, and robust benefit plans.

Indeed offers dedicated counselors and high-touch provider matching so you get the help you need when you need it.

Employee Assistance Program

Work/life support when you need it most.

Sometimes we need extra help, and our employee assistance program (EAP) is here for you. Licensed clinicians are immediately available 24/7 to assist you and your family with work or personal circumstances, to connect you with professionals like licensed counselors, or to provide you with referrals that can help you manage practical or physical needs. The service and support is anonymous and at not additional cost to you.

Virtual Doctor Visits

The doctor is in… the computer.

Digital Doctor is a service provided by Irish Life Health under the medical plan The service provides a list of certified doctors that can be contacted through video consultations. If you are unlucky enough not to be able to visit your doctor in person, this is a good service for employees and their families who have Irish Life Health coverage. Indeedians have unlimited access to the range of doctors and they are available 365 days per year. The Digital Doctor service can help with minor illness such as allergies, sinus infections and the flu.
