Payroll

Money in the bank (via bank transfer).

At Indeed, you’ll be paid monthly on the last working day of the month. As part of your on-boarding, you will be required to provide your local bank details to facilitate the payment via bank transfer.

Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)

Indeed’s equity-based incentive program.

In 2021, Indeed began offering Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) as a way to reward employees who contribute to the long-term success of Indeed.

RSUs are equity-based incentives issued by an employer in the form of company stock shares. At Indeed, our RSUs are stock shares in our parent company, Recruit Holdings, which is traded on the Tokyo Stock Exchange in Japan (6098.T).

Our RSU long-term incentive program has three goals in mind:

  • To encourage employees to think like owners
  • To align incentives with company performance
  • To reward employees for the company’s financial success

Travel Schemes

Helping you get to work for less.

In our Dublin office, employees have the option of taking advantage of the Taxsaver Scheme and the Bike to Work Scheme (both Government initiatives) administered through Travel Hub!

Indeedians can take advantage of an annual taxsaver tickets for a range of transport services including Rail, Luas, Dublin Bus, Bus Eireann and other private coach companies.

Employees can make savings of up to 52% on their travel tickets when they sign up through the Indeed/Travel Hub portal. Indeed will cover the cost of the annual ticket immediately and over the preceding 12 months, the cost is deducted evenly through salary sacrifice of the employee.

Indeedians can avail of the Bike to Work scheme where you can save up to 52% on the retail price of the bike!

Employees are entitled to apply for the Bike to Work program once every 5 years and can do so through the Indeed/Travel Hub portal. You will have access to over 300 bike retailers throughout Ireland. Indeed will cover up to €1250 for regular bikes and €1500 for electric bikes and equipment and then will recover the cost through the employee’s salary for the preceding 12 months.

Irish Pension Plan

Prepare yourself for retirement.

The sooner you begin saving, the more money you will have available to retire. Starting down the path to saving for your retirement is easier than you think.

You can enroll in the Indeed pension scheme provided through Zurich after your first day at Indeed. The administration and sign on process is managed through the Benefits Portal. Indeed will match 100% of your contributions up to the first 9%.

You also have the option of contributing more than 9% if you wish. If you have an existing pension with a previous employer, you may be able to transfer the pension over to your Indeed pension plan, all you have to do is ask Aon.

Indeedian’s are eligible for Life Insurance provided through Zurich. You are automatically signed up to this insurance on your first day of employment! Through our life insurance plan, your next of kin is paid 4 times your annual salary in the unfortunate event of your death in service. You can update your beneficiary details on our HR system, Workday, after you start.

Long-Term Disability/Income Protection

Financial support when the need arises.

Indeed has you covered from your first day, Indeedians who are unable to work for more than 13 consecutive weeks, you will qualify for our Long Term Disability coverage/Income Protection provided through Zurich. The benefit (75% of salary less the social welfare illness benefit) is paid after an assessment by the Zurich team, and is paid to you until you are fit to return to work/retire.

No need to worry about enrolling, you are automatically included on the benefit from your first day of employment.
