Payroll

Money in the bank (via bank transfer).

At Indeed, you’ll be paid monthly on the last working day of the month. As part of your on-boarding, you will be required to provide your local bank details to facilitate the payment via bank transfer.

Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)

Indeed’s equity-based incentive program.

In 2021, Indeed began offering Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) as a way to reward employees who contribute to the long-term success of Indeed.

RSUs are equity-based incentives issued by an employer in the form of company stock shares. At Indeed, our RSUs are stock shares in our parent company, Recruit Holdings, which is traded on the Tokyo Stock Exchange in Japan (6098.T).

Our RSU long-term incentive program has three goals in mind:

  • To encourage employees to think like owners
  • To align incentives with company performance
  • To reward employees for the company’s financial success

Learn more about RSUs here.

Travel Schemes

Helping you get to work for less.

Indeedians can take advantage of a commuter loan every year. Indeed will deposit the amount into the employee’s account and over the next 12 months, Indeed will recover this amount through salary deduction.

Indeedians can make use the Bike to Work scheme where you can save up to 52% on the retail price of the bike! Employees have access to many retailers throughout the UK and can apply online through CycleScheme.

Indeed will cover a generous amount for a bike and equipment, the cost will then be recovered through the employee’s salary for the preceding 12 months.

Retirement

Pension

Prepare yourself for retirement.

The sooner you begin saving, the more money you will have available to retire. Starting down the path to saving for your retirement is easier than you think.

From the 1st January 2017, all Indeedians in the UK office are automatically enrolled into the company’s pension scheme with Friends Life in line with legislation.

All employees are automatically entered into the pension scheme with an employee contribution and a max employer contribution, the month after you join Indeed!

If you have an existing pension with a previous employer, you may be able to transfer the pension over to the Indeed pension plan, all you have to do is ask Aon, our benefits broker.
